Motor Control Center



Modular fixed and draw-out type low voltage MCC up to 150 kW with various starter methods, and 7.2 kV medium voltage motor controller.
Designed for controlling motors in substations, power plants, industrial plants and factories. Provides ease of maintenance and reliability.

LV-MCC-IF Type Motor Control Centers are designed for controlling motors in substations, plant, buildings and other locations.
A modular design ensures safety even as it provides economy, reliabilty, and maintenance easy.


MCC is divided into 4 (four) compartments of :
  1. Unit Compartment
  2. Busbars Compartment
  3. Cable Compartment
  4. Terminal Compartment


The enclosure are provided with connection holes on both sides to connect with new enclosure and busbar.

Terminal Compartment

The terminal compartment B-C, C-B and C-C wiring configurations feature a terminal compartment at the bottom of the cubicle. The C-C configuration has two terminal block : one for the load circuit above and the other one for the control circuits.

Unit Door

Operating handle, push button switches, indicating lamps, reset button and ammeter are mounted on the unit door, in accordance with the requirements of the squence. The operating handle can be interlock with the door and can be padlock ON and OFF position.

The unit modules are available in five different size : 240, 360, 480, 720 and 960mm.

These modules then provide support for the motor control center components :

Horizontal Busbar

Horizontal busbar are mounted in busbar compartment which isolates them from the other portions.

The busbar are available in standard ratings from 500A to 3200A.

Vertical Busbar

Vertical busbar which are feeded from horizontal busbar are mounted at central portion of enclosure.

They are fixed by rugged insulation supporters made of high arc-proof material to keep high mechanical strenght and insulation level and they are covered with protective cover.
