Overview

Low voltage GCP for low to high power (20 – 2500 kVA) prime or stand-by electrical power supply, and Medium voltage for high power (over 1,250 kVA). Suitable for high-rise prime or stand-by electrical power supply, Cellular telecommunication system Base Transceiver Station (BTS), Industrial plant, and Rental power company.

Application

Low Voltage - Low Power

The low voltage - low power generator control panel is mainly used for Electrical Power Supply for BTS (Base Transceiver Station) Cellular Telecommunication System. To satisfy customer requirement, we have the following types based on continuity and redundancy level of the system.

  • Type 1 + 0 (Main Supply + Genset)
    In case of Main Supply failure, the stand-by Genset will take over the load until the Main Supply is back to normal.
  • Type 1 + 1 (Main Supply + Genset 1 + Genset 2)
    When the Main Supply fails, Genset 1 will take over. The maximum duty hour of Genset 1 is 8 hours. If Main Supply continues to fail, then the second Genset (Genset 2) will take over the load for the next 8 hours. The sequence will be continuously applied until Main Supply is back to normal.
  • Type 2 + 1 (Genset 1 + Genset 2 + Genset 3)
    When Main Supply fails, Genset 1 will operate for the maximum of 8 hours. After that Genset 2 will take over for the next 8 hours, and the Genset 1 will be shut down. The duty cycle will be Continuously Applied until Main Supply is back to normal. Genset 3 will act as a back up, in case one of two Main Gensets (Genset 1 and Genset 2) fails.
  • Medium Power-High Power

The low voltage - high power Generator Control Panel is Mainly Used for Prime, Stand-by of Peak Saving Electrical Power Supply for High Rise building, Industrial Plant, or Rental Power Company.

To minimize noise and sound, you can put the Genset in our compact attenuated enclosure capable to house solar fuel tank and/or generator panel customized for :

  • High Power : 550kVA - 1000kVA
  • The specific capacity and other requirement are available upon the request

Soundproof acoustic enclosures are built to withstand extreme weather condition. The acoustic enclosures are manufactured with 2 - 3 mm steel outer skin lined with fireproof acoustic material. Attenuators are placed in the hot air outlet and cooling air inlet. Exhaust silencers of the residential type are mounted either on the top of, or inside, the enclosures exhaust.
